Synthesis uses retrieved passages, requires citations, preserves uncertainty, and runs through a second verification pass. Unsupported claims are removed when verification fails.

Boundaries

Evidence Bridge does not diagnose, prescribe, invent dosing, or make individual treatment decisions. Patient context is used for applicability only and must not include identifiers.

Validation

Independent clinical validation, error analysis, and monitoring are planned as product requirements rather than marketing claims.
